One of the most crucial components of a network is it's switch, which ties the network all together. Although most of our networks are furnished with new, reliable Compaq workstations equipped with 10/100 NICs, there are situations that require upgrades. 3com has done an awesome job at producing the industry's best network interface cards and modems. To accommodate the fax manager software we often install on our networks, the fax manager server needs a 56k modem.
